All jewelry will be delivered in good condition to the customer.
Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible, often the day after it was ordered.
With orders for jewelry in another color, the production or delivery time will be at least 10 days.
In case a certain product is sold out, there is a possibility that it takes one week ore more.
Every piece of jewelry is made by hand, so there always can be a little difference in color, beads or pearls.
You can return products within 7 days.
Please note that all returned products have to be in its original condition for a full refund.
